How long does it takes for made-to-order products?

-The amount of time that takes for one order is around 25-40 days in advance, and in terms of wood and marble product will take approximately around 40-65 days. For the customer that needs the product urgently can choose to change the delivery option to car, by having an extra fees depend on the type of product.
-ระยะเวลาในการผลิตและจัดส่งสินค้าโดยประมาณ 25-40 วัน และสำหรับสินค้าประเภทงานไม้และงานหิน จะอยู่ที่โดยประมาณ 40-65 วัน หากลูกค้าต้องการรีบใช้งานสินค้า สามารถเปลี่ยนการจัดส่งมาทางรถโดยจะมีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมขึ้นอยู่กับจำนวนและรายการสินค้าอีกทีค่ะ
What is your return policy?
เงื่อนไขการคืนสินค้า
-After the payment was succeed, no exchanges or returns are accepted. In case the customers cancelled the order after purchasing the deposit, the store will not return the deposit money to the customers.
-ทางร้านไม่รับเปลี่ยนหรือคืนสินค้าทุกกรณี หากลูกค้าต้องการยกเลิกการสั่งผลิต จะไม่มีการคืนมัด จำเนื่องจากทางร้านได้ชำระเงินและดำเนินการผลิตกับทางโรงงานไปเรียบร้อยแล้วค่ะ
What are the Payment Method?
วิธีการชำระเงิน
- Deposit 50%: The customer will be asked to pay 50% of the full price to confirmed their order for the stores to continue the process of ordering.
For products that are under 2,500 THB, the store will take full price with no deposit.
- มัดจำ 50%: ลูกค้าชำระมัดจำค่าสินค้า 50% ของราคาสินค้าเพื่อคอนเฟิร์มออเดอร์และเริ่มการผลิต สำหรับสินค้าราคาตำ่กว่า 2,500 บาท ทางร้านขออนุญาตทางลูกค้าชำระเงินเต็มจำนวนค่ะ

How long can you leave the product at the warehouse?
ระยะเวลาในการฝากสินค้าที่โกดัง
-Due to the limited space, our stores will provide 45 days to leave the product at our warehouse without additional fees. For longer time please contact for more information.

What is the claim policy?

-After receiving the product, please take a video when took off the packaging every time. If the product is damaged and there’s no evidence we will not claiming the order in every case.
